How did the Jewish prayer book come to be?  How do we honor the tradition and bring our own meaning to Jewish prayer? What page are we on?! 

If you’ve ever carried one of these questions, this class is for you.  Through learning about the history, structure, and practice of Jewish prayer, we’ll aim to both grow more comfortable in Jewish prayer spaces and deepen our contemplative practices.  This course is an elective in our Soulful Jewish Life series and is recommended (though not required!) for conversion and adult B. Mitzvah students.  This class costs $54 dollars with scholarships available.
