Crossing Water Seder

Register here to join us!

Meet at Boom Island Park off of Plymouth Avenue

Pesach is a ritual of moving from oppression to liberation through crossing a body of water. We usually tell the story of our people seated around a table. At this interpretive seder, we will tell our personal and collective stories of liberation as we move from one side of the Mississippi River to the other. Written and guided by Abbie Shain, the Crossing Water Haggadah offers prompts for reflection in this embodied seder. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to walk, roll, sing, and dance across the bridges of Minneapolis as we call another year of transformation into being.
