Potluck Lunch and Tashlich

At Minnehaha Parkway and 50th Street  (nearby St. Joan of Arc, not the Shir Tikvah creek space)

Please join us for potluck lunch and tashlich immediately following Rosh Hashana morning services.

Tashlich, or “casting off” is a visceral experience during which we symbolically throw our sins into moving water. After shmoozing and nosh, we’ll collect natural items along Minnehaha Creek to toss into the waters. Join Shir Tikvah rabbis, members of the Membership Committee, and community for a meaningful ritual and a chance to enter 5786 with full and open heart. Bring yourself, bring a friend, a potluck item, a chair or picnic blanket, and intentions for the new year.
