T'fillah is both liturgy, the callings-out of our ancestors, and prayer, the callings-out of our own heart. By holding up our liturgy to the light, we can better see its many facets and alchemize liturgy into prayer. Using the Light Lab methodology, we'll take a deep dive into one particular piece of liturgy, study its many sides, sing its many melodies, and respond in our own prayer.
